RAW, Taiwan was one of the biggest projects that I was privileged to be a part of. We started off with finding a unique concept that would fit Chef Andre Chiang's vision of RAW,  a 56-seat lifestyle restaurant that would serve vibrant ‘bistronomy’ cuisine. I was given the chance to come up with few concepts as well as space planning ideas for the restaurant to share with Chef Andre and his team. We carried on the next few phases of the project with 3D models and intricate detail drawings of the wooden structure to the tables and the wine cabinet.
